    You must submit your Claim Form online no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026.

  • Opt-Out Date

    Thursday, August 20, 2026
    You must complete and mail your written Opt-Out Notice postmarked no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026.

  • Objection Date

    Thursday, August 20, 2026
    You must file and mail your written Objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing so that it is postmarked no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Wednesday, September 9, 2026
    The Court is scheduled to hold a Final Approval Hearing on September 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
